Restorative Yoga with Lindsay Kaiulani

Drawing from the wisdom of the Yoga Sutras, the practice emphasizes the gentle interpretation of these ancient teachings through stillness and presence.

Rooted in the prescriptions of our Guru lineage of Self-Realization, each posture is held for extended periods, allowing the body to hydrate the fascia, release tension, and unlock energetic channels.

This slow-paced, contemplative practice cultivates profound relaxation, self-awareness, and a sense of alignment, offering a holistic approach to healing and spiritual growth.

Through sustained poses, we honor the body’s natural rhythm, fostering deep release and connection to the inner Self.

Sunrise Vinyasa Yoga Flow with Emily Fanjoy

This is a flowing and energetic morning yoga class to start your day with ritual and energy.

This is a faster-paced and higher energy yoga class in which postures are stitched together in flowing sequences of movements paired with breath—a style commonly known as “vinyasa.” The word "vinyasa" comes from the Sanskrit words "vi" (to place in a special way) and "nyasa" (to breathe).

Emily will guide you through a series of sequences to connect with yourself— mind, body and spirit—and begin your day with intention.

All experience levels welcome.

Dance Pod: Somatic Dance Aerobics with Ingrid Scott

Ingrid Scott, founder & creator of Dance Pod, will guide you through this group somatic dance experience for all life stages and all experience levels.

Dance Pod is a guided dance class which incorporates several modalities of dance, breath, therapeutic and somatic movement.
Absolutely no prior dance, movement or somatic experience required.

Express yourself with gradients of dance movement, use gateways of breath and vocalization, play with different planes of motion, cadences and effort. Create friction and softeenss using sharp and fluid elements of motion. This gentle practice
supports dance as a cardio-activating and therapeutic healing experience for ourselves and each other.

This is an empowering movement practice for creating more spaciousness, inwardly and outwardly. Every body is welcome here. Dance Pod is an embodied community to support and inspire our wellbeing as a collective.

KING TIDES: A Melodic Sound Bath Event with Jesse Clark with Sea Dream

Rest, relax, unwind and tap into the parasympathetic nervous system as we journey down a river of sound, in honor of the season of mighty waters and King Tides.

Jesse, a lifelong musician and lover of nature, will serenade you with melodies on his hang drum, crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments while you relax on yoga mats and cushions, with plenty of blankets available for warmth.

Pilates Flow with Lindsay Kaiulani

Pilates Flow is an energizing, cardiovascular practice that blends the core-strengthening principles of Pilates with the graceful, toning movements of Barre. This dynamic flow utilizes controlled, precise movements to engage and sculpt the body, improving strength and stability while enhancing flexibility.

The progressive sequencing helps to build endurance and refine posture, while the fluid transitions between exercises create a seamless, graceful experience.

By integrating elements of Yoga, Pilates and Barre, this practice not only strengthens and tones the body but also encourages heightened emotional and spiritual awareness, leaving you feeling empowered, centered, and balanced.

Joy Lymph Flow with Libby Golden Seaver

This class is comprised of dynamic engagement with fascia (fascia flossing) to release tight, dense connective tissue improving flow in the lymphatic system and meridian pathways of qi within.  We also use breathwork, before light cardio/qigong/dance movement to lift the heart rate for a short portion. 

Improving the health of our lymph system supports every part of our body.  The benefits are numerous.
You’ll experience decreased inflammation/tension/stress relief/emotional trauma release, improved immune function, more balanced/symmetrical posture, and improved skin tone.  You’ll feel the benefits of improved lymph flow bring more joy to your body and lightness to your step with every session.

Sun-Moon “Hatha” Yoga with April Clark

BEGINNING IN 2025: This is a gentle and strengthening yoga class for all levels. The word “hatha” is made up of the roots “ha”, which refers to "solar energy and fire", and “tha”, which refers to "moon energy". Hatha yoga is all about balancing our energies, body, mind, and spirit.


This class welcomes beginners as well as advanced yoga practitioners. We will spend time in various yoga shapes as we move through a strengthening sequence. This class is slower-moving than a flow or “vinyasa” class, but will incorperate elements of flow.


April will guide you with breath cues, anatomical alignment and various ways of meeting each of our postures in this deeply resetting and balancing yoga class.

Hush Hour: Sound Bath and Energy Clearing Meditation with Ingrid Scott

Hush Hour consists of a crystal sound bath, gentle somatic movement, and guided energy clearing meditation.

Hush Hour is a sound bath with 7 quartz crystal bowl instruments where we'll gently remove energy blockages from the subtle body fields and connect deeper within. We'll do so through gentle guided somatic movement, relaxation meditation, and regenerative sound frequencies that tune the brain to a healing Theta state. This is re-balancing for cortisol levels and soothing for the parasympathetic nervous system. 

Hush Hour is an offering for us to cultivate care and healing for ourselves so that we may show up in our communities inspired and with our cups full. We love to honor and cultivate our relationship with nature's sensuous divine spirit, and we do this by communing with herbal and flower infusions, with sound, with body, with breath, and with movement.

We do this together in community because of the increased reverberation this has on the whole. Come experience calibration to our more clear and grounded selves, together!
