Studio Guidelines

Thank you for being part of our Sea Dream!

We ask that all who attend our offerings adhere to some basic guidelines .

  • Please pre-register for any and all classes and events. This way teachers know who to expect, and don’t have to handle paperwork before teaching classes.

  • Please arrive to classes and events no earlier than 10 minutes before class, so that teachers have time to set up and prepare the space. If you are running late, don’t panic. You can still join.

  • Please stay for shavasana if you can. If you need to leave, do so prior to shavasana. Don’t leave during shavasana because it can be oh so disruptive for those in deep rest/integration.

  • Do not come if you are sick. Even if you are maybe feeling possibly a little sick. We’ll refund you, no questions asked. Let’s keep our community healthy—some of us have vulnerabilities to illness in our bodies or families.

  • Come with a loving heart and be respectful of all who you share our space with. We are an anti-perfectionist, anti-racist, anti-supremacist space.

  • Please communicate with the studio directly if you have questions, or experience an issue during your class that needs addressing. We are a small business and negative reviews can be very damaging, even after issues are remedied. We will take your feedback seriously, and we will communicate with you directly and promptly.

  • Please arrive with open palms, release expectations, and enjoy your time in our transformational Sea Dream space on the banks of the Nehalem river!

Pay attention.
Be astonished.
Tell about it.”
